Dear Shravak/Shravika,

Since the 61 years of our Independence, we Jains have focused on creating our self identity in the Family and Samaj, by getting involved and working in many Organizations, Trust, Social and Religious Centres.

We get to learn from Kalpa Sutra, about the number of Followers of Shraman Shree Mahavir Bhagwan about 2,600 years back. In todays world we have actually lost the count of the remaining followers of Shree Mahavir bhagwan who walked on the path for the benefits of all the living beings on earth.

We have lost ourselves, running behind money, success & fame in such a way that we don’t really have any idea of the Jain Sadhus and SadhviJi that currently exist and in the past.
We usually get a rough & Inaccurate statistics about them through our own Jain samaj,
but No such details are available on the paper.

Such detailed information is always awaited by all the Jains, which inspires them of being and following Jainism.

Our aim is to create a Directory that is simply dedicated for for all Jain Sadhus and SadhviJi, with a clear motive of making the Information available on the Internet, which is not yet done from last 2,600 years.
